Check-in Procedure

The check-in desk will be open at least 3 hours prior to departure. Representatives for the airline will be available at check-in before the flight departs, to deal with any queries. Passengers must check in at least 2 hours prior to departure.

Security regulations require all passengers to be present for check-in. Tickets must show the correct name and this must match the name in the holder's passport.

Once through passport control and into the departure lounge, passengers must arrive at the departure gate no later than 25 minutes prior to departure, failure to do so will result in baggage being offloaded and refusal of travel.

XL Airways flights are handled by appointed handling agents in our Irish airports and in resort by locally appointed ground handling agents.
