Oxygen

• Due to safety reasons, passengers are not allowed to bring their own oxygen. The oxygen supply onboard is for use in emergency situations only, not for passengers who have pre existing medical conditions that require supplementary oxygen.
• Passengers, who require additional oxygen during the flight, must contact the Pre-flight department at least two weeks prior to their departure date, for full procedures and guidelines regarding their requirements. There is a charge for this service

Medication

All medication should be carried in passenger's hand luggage rather than hold luggage.

Passengers carrying syringes/needles must carry a doctors note or a repeat prescription to check in with them.

Stretchers

Are not carried onboard XL Airways.
